I got my support letters sent out for the missions trip. Man, i’m excited about this trip. I guess the last time I went, I was pretty overwhelmed at it being the first time and not being prepared for what was going to happen. It’s going to be a really great experience to go again though, this time we get to do a youth convention as well as the regular crusade. I’m also in charge of the media while we’re there, so i’ll be facilitating the collection of digital pictures and DV while we’re there. I’m guinea pigging the Morning Star Missions website on this trip, so that we can blog daily while we’re there and post images and video clips, internet willing.

Man, I never get tired of hearing Maren come running to the door when I come home. It’s the cutest thing ever. The other morning I was laying in the bed half asleep, and she crawled up and gave me a big mouth kiss and started clapping. She loves her dada just as much as he loves her. She’s starting to sound out different sounds now, with lots of inflection, even though the words don’t make any sense. she’s definitely trying. she’s pretty smart though, she knows to throw away her diapers, close doors, the CD player. Oh the CD player, she LOVES that. I burned her a bunch of different stuff (cause she scratches up the originals taking them in and out) She’ll run in and pick out one, and flip the player on, put the CD, push play and turn up the volume and clap and squeal when the music starts.
