First post (well, sort of)
by chris ~ March 8th, 2006. Filed under: Random.First post out out the door. My goal here is keep track of my personal and family life here, interests, music, things like that. I remember back in ‘95, I started keeping a journal online, and I was hand coding it everyday. Boy was that a chore. That didn’t last long, then a few years later I started seeing places like Blogger and LJ pop up. I gave in (with some help from a friend) and signed up with an LJ account, which I still have today. I got in on the ground floor, and I’ve got a permanent account, so i’m not having to pay the $5 a month to subscribe.
Anyway, LJ is great for meeting people, and has alot of great communities, but i’m just not feeling it anymore. Maybe I care too much about getting comments or something. I dunno. Just ready for a change.
